May is Skyline Month

Skyline Ministries serves individuals, and families down on their luck.  This wonderful inner city ministry is often a true “life saver” for many.

The McKee Center is open for seniors three days a week.  Games, fellowship and worship are followed by lunch served and prepared by local churches. The clothing closet offers donated clothes at extremely low costs to some of OKC’s poorest citizens.  The 8th Street Center maintains a food pantry and the Community Eye clinic. Doctors volunteer their time to screen patients and many school children for this wonderful service.

How can you help Skyline?

Fill a grocery bags with the following items:

Ramon noodles, powdered milk, peanut butter, canned fruit, soups (not tomato soup), deodorant, shaving cream, canned vegetables (not peas),

pork and beans, paper products, coffee, creamer, sugar, diapers, cookies (prepackaged with a long shelf life), monetary donations (checks may be made out to Skyline Urban Ministries), and/or gently used clothing.

In these difficult economical times, food is flying off their shelves.

Your gift is a blessing of God’s love.
